How to measure yourself for Next bras
It is important to measure yourself regularly, remembering that your bra size can alter due to exercise, diet or pregnancy.
Bra Size (underbust)
Measuring in centimetres place the tape measure around your rib cage immediately under the bust. The tape should be held firmly, but not tightly so that you can breathe easily - see table below.
Cup Size (full bust)
Measure around your bust at the fullest part. Ensure the tape measure is not too tight or too loose and straight across your back.
The difference between this measurement and your calculated underbust size is used to determine your bra cup size as follows:
Less than 1 inch - AA Cup, 1 inch - A Cup, 2 inches - B Cup, 3 inches - C Cup, 4 inches - D Cup, 5 inches - DD Cup, 6 inches - E Cup, 7 inches - F Cup, 8 inches - G Cup
